Overview:

TP316/316L Seamless Tube is a type of austenitic stainless steel tubing that is commonly used in various high-performance applications such as chemical and petrochemical processing, pharmaceutical production, and medical equipment manufacturing. The TP316/316L grade of stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and is also known for its excellent mechanical and chemical properties.

These seamless tubes are produced by drawing a solid stainless steel billet through a piercing rod to create a hollow tube with consistent wall thickness and smooth interior surface. The use of seamless tube construction ensures high structural integrity and stability, making it ideal for use in high-pressure applications.

The TP316/316L Seamless Tubes are highly resistant to corrosion and can be used in aggressive environments with temperatures up to 1000℃. They are also extremely resistant to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking. This makes them ideal for use in chemical processing, marine applications, and oil and gas production.

These tubes are also easy to fabricate and can be welded, bent, and formed into different shapes and sizes without compromising their strength and durability. Additionally, the TP316/316L stainless steel grade has low carbon content, which ensures better weldability and minimizes the risk of intergranular corrosion.
